If you recently changed your WiFi password, or upgraded the router or moved houses, you may need to update the WiFi credentials with Hook. 

Following are the steps:


  1. Press and hold the side button for 10 secs or until the LED flashes blue rapidly. 
  2. In the App, go through the 'Add Hook' process.
  3. In the last step - no need to Save Hook (since it already in your account). Abandon the process once Hook starts breathing Cyan color
